We're in 29Palms!

July 17, 2008

It has been a few days since my last post. Well, thats because we are in the process of getting settled in our new home in 29 Palms. We are in the process of buying a house and we just bought a new car. Being in Japan for 6 years and driving “beaters” really enhances the excitement of a new car. We got a 2009 Ford Flex. It is sweeeeet. Those of you in the market for a vehicle that seats 7 and is good on gas (24mpg) I highly recommend  checking out the Flex. Ok enough about my car. We are slowly getting settled in. The kids are still totally jet lagged. Staying up until 3am and getting up at 7am is killing me. I still have to finish the post processing my last few clients from Okinawa. We don’t have internet at the house yet. I think it is getting set up the beginning of next week. So those of you trying to get in contact with me will have it a bit easier come July 21st. It is pretty hot out here. But honestly I think the heat in Oki is worse.  The kids are over the stomach virus and now have a wicked cough. They rarely get sick but when they do apparently they go all out:( Well I better go unpack a bit more. It will be quite a while until our TMO gets here but we came with 12 suitcases so I still have work to do. I miss Oki but I am loving the new house and the wide open spaces.

Those of you in San Bernardino County keep your eyes out for grand re-opening specials and a whole new website:)

Well the day has finally come. We are flying off of Okinawa back to the states. We have been in a hotel for the past week. 2 ago I was woken up at 0300 to my 21month old sick with the stomach flu. When one gets sick they all get sick. All four of my kids are battling the stomach flu and losing. I am praying, begging, pleading that they are well for our 1130 flight tomorrow. If you get chance please send us some speedy healing thoughts. I,we, would greatly appreciate it. Those of you waiting on your galleries, please, please, please be patient with me. I am doing my best to get those up for you to view but my kids are my priority right now. I know you understand. Thanks and see ya stateside.
