Happy 1st Birthday to Elijah! We held this little guys session in the Joshua Tree National Park. His daddy loves to be out in the wilderness and climb rocks. Due to the fact that daddy is serving our country abroad he is unable to take his son. We decided to take him. It was so sweet to see him interacting with nature in a place he first visited with his daddy! I wanted to share a few images from the session. Happy Birthday Elijah! Your daddy will be home soon!!!
I was asked by Candice; to photograph her friends newborn baby girl as a going away present. This was their first baby, was 2 weeks old and had to move cross country the next day due to daddy’s new orders. The little lady was so small, just itty bitty and yet when she decided to relieve herself it went all down my arm, chest and my leg. No big deal though at least we know she is being fed well, right? I really need to start bringing a change of clothes with me. According to my mother-in-law when ya get pooped on my a newborn it is good luck. If that is the case I should be full of luck! Anyways, Ms. Kaylee was a little princess. I am so sad that I won’t be able to photograph this princess as she grows up. Maybe our paths will cross again. I hope our paths cross again. I know you have seen a lot of Candice and her little cutie patootie Malakai. I simply can’t resist sharing more. Candice is beautiful inside and out and Kai is A.D.O.R.A.B.L.E . She has been a tremendous help with watching my kids, driving me to doctors appts, helping around the house and well just being an amazing friend. I had a doctors appt to which was canceled 10 minutes prior due to extenuating circumstances. She asked if we could stop and do a quick mini session of her and Kai. All I had to do was sit and do my thing which was fine by me since that is pretty much all I can do anyway. I LOVE how the images turned out and I really wanted to share them with you:) Enjoy!
